About the Role
The Lead Housing Inspector develops and reviews specifications for 1 to 4 family residential dwellings for rehabilitation purposes, including energy conservation measures and lead hazard reduction methods. This position inspects contractor work-in-progress to ensure compliance with the General Specification Manual, the Housing Code of the City of Cleveland, and all applicable ordinances, rules, and regulations. The inspector performs tests and takes samples to verify lead reduction work meets acceptable standards and assesses building feasibility for program inclusion.About the Role
