Homebuyer Education Class

Free parking in the Notre Dame Apartments lot.

Famicos Foundation’s free homebuyer education class can teach you the important basics of the home buying process. We will provide you with the knowledge you will need to secure an affordable mortgage and buy the right house for you.

The course will cover topics on:

Budgeting and Credit
Mortgage Financing
Shopping for a Home
Maintaining a Home
And much more..

All classes are held on Wednesday evenings from 6:00-8:00 PM at Famicos Foundation headquarters at 1325 Ansel Road.

A one-on-one appointment is scheduled at the completion of the workshops with a Housing Counselor. The counselor will assess the client's mortgage readiness and set a plan of action to attain homeownership.
