- I acknowledge that this is a prescreening application and is not a guarantee of a lease agreement with The Madison. I understand that, by entering the above information, a credit check and a national criminal background check will be performed on all occupants listed. I agree to pay a nonrefundable $50 application fee to cover the cost of these checks. I will also make payment of $1160 as a security deposit, which may be refunded if a lease agreement is not completed with The Madison. If I intend on having a pet at The Madison, I will make an additional pet deposit of $300, which may be refunded if a lease agreement is not completed with The Madison. Breed or weight restrictions for pets may apply and there will be an extra $25/month pet rent.
